To familiarize team members with Agile methodology and its associated practices, ensuring alignment with collaborative workflows and iterative development processes.
Description
Focus on understanding and effectively participating in key Agile activities, fostering seamless team integration and project delivery.
- Sprint Planning: Participate in defining sprint goals and prioritizing backlog items. Collaborate with the team to estimate task efforts and allocate responsibilities.
- Program Increment (PI) Planning: Engage in quarterly planning sessions to align cross-functional teams on objectives. Contribute to creating a roadmap that integrates team deliverables with the larger project vision.
- Refinement: Regularly review and refine the product backlog to ensure clarity and readiness of tasks for future sprints. Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Daily Scrum: Join daily stand-up meetings to share progress, identify blockers, and align with team priorities. Use a parking lot system to address topics requiring further discussion after the scrum.
- Retrospective: Actively participate in sprint retrospectives to identify successes, challenges, and improvement areas. Contribute actionable insights to enhance team productivity and workflow.
- Innovation: Allocate time during sprints for experimentation, learning, and exploring creative solutions to technical challenges. Encourage sharing of innovative ideas that align with project goals.
- Review: Present completed work during sprint reviews for stakeholder feedback. Collaborate on iterative adjustments based on feedback to meet expectations.
